Q: In many places children´s games and activities are becoming less physically active and more and more sedetary. Other ways need to be found to ensure that children get enough physical exercise.

whose responsiblity is it to ensure this? What ca be done to ensure shildren get enough exercise?

Introduction
Enough active physical exercises can keept fit and energetic to children rather that being inactive. Nowadays technology is improving and those inactive games, activities and television much more entertain than past. Parents, proffesionals like teachers and physicologists and goverments have responsible to guide and encourage children about doing right and also enough activities.       

Body 1

Nowadays most of the activities and exercises are becoming less physically active and  more sedentary such as watching television, internet. Those kind of sedentery activities leads to risk of cardiovascular disease, high cholosterol, effect to get slow down to metebolism, obesite, low and high blood pressure and lipoprotein problems. Regular exercises such as jogging, bicycling, rowing, swimming and other active activities can help them fit and healty.

Body 2

Young people´s lifestyle has to be obseverd firtsly by parents and their teachers. Adults must observed them and get find a way to do or creat new activities, that can help to  use childrend´s energy. Goverments have to make conscious adult people of that. Also children physcologist and researchers can collect the informations and bring the goverment to improve their idea of the system, with that way goverment can understand how is young people behaviour and what is nowadays popular activities. Therefore adults can lead those young people.

Body 3

Young people are our future and their ideas will creat how future will be like. Physical activities shape body and body shape brain activities and health. Those things are directly effect to our future how it will. A cliche word says " Childrens are our  future"  and that is related with how is their nowadays lifestyle and excersices.

Conclusion

Enough active exercise and games required for keep them healthy to children, rather than inactive activities. Mainly the responsibility belongs to parents, teachers and goverment health department are respectively.
